Independence Australia is a not-for-profit organisation that supports people with a disability or other physical need to achieve their optimal quality of life. We are leaders in the provision of services and products that support people to regain, retain and extend their independence. Our services include: accommodation (short and long term), advocacy, disability education and training, information services, in-home attendant care, respite care and spinal cord injury prevention. Health Solutions, our trading arm, provides low cost continence and wound care products.
We do not conduct or financially support animal based research.
