HammondCare works across a number of critical health areas through its Hospitals and Community Care services. Our two core areas of work are in Palliative Care and Dementia Care. We provide these services through at-home services and through our Hospitals and Residential facilities. We are also a leading health service provider in the area of Younger Onset Dementia and Aged Mental Health. We employ 2,800 passionate staff and are a registered charity with DGR status.
