CRCC works within a feminist framework to be an active, visible catalyst for change by challenging societal values and inequitable structures that perpetuate violence against women; and providing high quality services CRCC provides confidential 24/7 crisis line support to those affected by sexual violence. This includes women and children as well as men through SAMSSA (Service Assisting Male Survivors of Sexual Assault). CRCC and SAMSSA also offer face to face counselling and support by appointment, court advocacy and assistance and support to victim/survivors who are going through the criminal justice process. CRCC also provides community education in a range of settings and contributes to broader systemic advocacy and policy and legal reforms.
